Colourful, Frida Kahlo inspired brand with an informative website to enable booking.
Frida’s Cottage is a holiday home in Whitby, with the decor inspired by Frida Kahlo. They needed a SquareSpace website with integrated booking forms and mini visual branding (logo, colour palette, fonts).
“Frida’s Cottage” required a very simple logo, something to use on the website and a business card.
I took inspiration from the colours of Mexico and the designs of papel picado. The result was a simple yet colourful text based logo with a nod to Mexico.

The main part of the Frida’s Cottage project was to create an informative website for the holiday let, with integrated booking forms.
We decided to build the website on SquareSpace so that the client could easily keep the information up to date, and add in any further information as required.
We integrated Lodgify booking forms, an app that the client was happy to use as it also integrated with other booking websites.
Elements of the mini visual branding are carried across the website with fun images and colourful overlays.
